Target’s Stores Executive Leadership internship offers a paid, full‑time training program designed to develop and prepare you for a store leadership role (Assistant Store Manager). You will work with mentors and managers across the store to gain hands‑on experience in guest service, operations, and team leadership.

The internship runs 40 hours per week, with exposure to multiple store areas and ongoing development conversations to help you grow into leadership responsibilities within Target.
