Job summary

Target Stores Executive Internship Program offers a paid, 40 hr/week hands-on training experience designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership roles. You will work closely with managers to gain insight into the ETL path and its responsibilities within a Target store.

This internship emphasizes guest service, team leadership, and daily operations, with mentoring and development conversations to help you grow as a Target leader throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Interest in retail management and leadership.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leading team members on the store salesfloor and backroom.
• Leading through daily priorities (stocking shelves and guest safety).
• Partnering with leaders regarding team member performance and providing feedback.
• Addressing team member concerns and removing hurdles to operations.
• Leading daily huddles with peer leadership teams.
