Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship in-store in a fast-paced retail environment. The paid program runs 40 hours per week and provides hands-on leadership training to develop and prepare you for the Stores Executive Team Leader role (Assistant Store Manager).

You will work with mentors and other leaders to learn what it takes to excel in a management position. The program teaches you to lead teams, deliver excellent guest service, and drive store priorities while gaining practical

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in working in retail, specifically within our stores in management.
• Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members.
• Leading through daily priorities and guiding the team on goals.
• Partnering with leaders regarding performance and feedback.

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience and solving guest needs.
• Learning Target's leadership expectations and seeking growth opportunities.
