Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Intern program in the United States. This paid internship runs 40 hours per week and provides hands-on training aimed at developing store leadership and the Executive Team Leader pathway.

You will work with mentors and peers to lead priorities, drive guest service, and gain experience across store operations while preparing for a leadership role within Target.

Qualifications

• Paid internship 40 hr/week program.
• Willingness to learn leadership and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members and aligning priorities.
• Lead alongside Executive Team Lead mentor and other leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities (stocking shelves, safe environment, displays) and drive guest experience.
• Coach and provide timely feedback to team members and leaders.
• Address team concerns and remove hurdles for smooth operations and goals.
• Participate in daily huddles and communicate priorities with leadership team.
