Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and set service standards.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team in-store.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and back-of-house processes to support sales.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive sales KPIs and seasonal campaigns.
