POP MART Americas Inc. in California is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team, deliver an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor, and support all store operations at our Brea location.

You will coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads, drive sales KPIs, manage inventory and merchandising, and stand in as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure POP MART's premium brand experience for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and resolve issues.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and staffing.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and uphold POP MART brand standards.
