POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Brea, CA to lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and maintain POP MART's premium brand standards on the sales floor.

This role emphasizes coaching, merchandising, and operational excellence to support store goals. You will manage daily tasks, inventory, and events, while acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and set engagement standards.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to improve sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and payroll efficiency.
