Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and fan engagement across in-venue and online channels. This role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decisions, and operational excellence during home games and events.

You will train Retail Associates, manage duties as Manager on Duty, and partner with leadership to meet revenue targets while maintaining a top-tier fan experience across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support back-of-house operations.
• Operate retail systems including OpSuite5.0 and POS.
• Collaborate with leadership on decisions around targets and fan experience.
• Provide training and coach staff to deliver exemplary fan experiences.
