Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and fan experience through bold leadership and execution. You will work with the Leadership team on daily operations, stockroom management, and customer service excellence across home game shifts.

The role emphasizes using retail systems such as OpSuite5.0, POS, and card terminals, while coaching associates to deliver outstanding fan experiences during events and games.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Prior retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and move during shifts; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consistent daily operations execution.
• Support back-of-house operations; keep stockroom organized.
• Use OpSuite5.0, POS and CAYAN systems to assist transactions.
• Collaborate with leadership on decisions like revenue targets and upsell.
• Coach and train Retail Associates to deliver an excellent fan experience.
