Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead to drive daily operations and fan experience at our Atlanta location. You will lead in-store execution, manage stockroom processes, and collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and guest service standards.

Responsibilities include coaching retail associates, ensuring an exemplary fan experience, and performing Manager on Duty duties as needed. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, home games and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with Leadership on revenue targets and fan experience.
• Coach Retail Associates to ensure exemplary fan experiences.
