Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to deliver business and fan impact through bold leadership and execution excellence. The role leverages data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to support home game shifts, pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations.

Responsibilities include driving sales through daily operations, maintaining stockroom organization, and partnering with leadership on targets while coaching Retail Associates to provide an exemplary fan experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, home games, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities are essential.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Operate retail systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Provide training and guidance to Retail Associates to ensure fans have an excellent experience.
