Responsibilities include driving sales, supporting back-of-house operations, and mentoring Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience. Successful candidates will have retail or hospitality background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting.

• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
