Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead to drive daily operations and fan experience across game days and events. You will lead front-line teams, coordinate stock, and collaborate with leadership to hit targets and ensure an exemplary guest experience.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll train Retail Associates, manage in-game duties, and uphold Fanatics' bold standards. The position requires flexibility, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift merchandise up to 25 pounds,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
