Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to influence sales and fan experience through bold leadership and execution excellence. You will leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to optimize daily operations during home games and events.

You will supervise Retail Associates, provide training, coach performance, and partner with leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT. This on-site Atlanta role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and game days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Coach Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with Leadership on decisions including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
