Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead who will drive sales and fan experience through bold leadership and execution in daily operations, including home-game shifts and event coverage.

You will supervise back-of-house tasks, train and coach Retail Associates, and partner with leadership on revenue targets, inventory accuracy, and guest service. Proficiency with OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
