Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive daily operations and deliver exceptional fan experiences at games and events in North Carolina. You will lead front-line teams, manage stock, and work with leadership to meet targets and enhance guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring retail or hospitality experience, availability for evenings/weekends, and a professional presence. This role offers a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment within a globally recognized sports brand.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Mansioni

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including revenue targets and UPT.
• Collaborate with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
