The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days, with a focus on team development and operational excellence. You will work with Leadership to meet revenue targets and uphold Fanatics values.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; professional appearance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support back of house.
• Operate retail systems including POS and inventory tools.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and fan experience.
• Provide training and coaching to Retail Associates.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure exemplary fan experience during home games and events.
