Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to energize daily operations and deliver an exceptional fan experience. You will oversee in-store processes, support back-of-house tasks, and train Retail Associates to execute with accuracy and enthusiasm.

You will collaborate with leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT, applying Fanatics' bold principles. A flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and game days in Memphis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
