Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead for the Louisiana State University Team Store in Baton Rouge. The role focuses on delivering outstanding fan experiences, managing daily store operations, and driving sales during home games and events.

You will work closely with leadership, supervise Retail Associates, and ensure seamless back-of-house and front-end processes. A high school diploma and retail/customer service background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations and maintain stockroom organization.
• Operate retail systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Collaborate with Leadership on decisions like revenue targets and per-cap.
• Work with Retail Associates to deliver an exemplary fan experience.
