Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing daily operations consistently.
• Support back-of-house operations and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet revenue targets and fan experience goals.
• Coach and train Retail Associates for operational excellence.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
