Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and fan experiences through bold leadership and precise execution. The role requires leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to optimize game-day operations both in-store and at events.

You will work with leadership to set expectations, train staff, and mentor Retail Associates to deliver an exemplary fan experience across home games and events. A focus on operational excellence and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including online inventory manager, POS, and card machines.
• Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including revenue targets and per cap.
