Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and deliver an exemplary fan experience across game-day shifts, including pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations. You will use data and systems such as OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN to manage inventory and transactions while collaborating with leadership to hit revenue targets.

Ideal candidates bring experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a reliable, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Partner with Leadership on decisions including revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
