Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead who will drive daily operations and sales, leaning on data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to deliver exceptional fan experiences. Home game shifts may include pre-game, in-game, and post-game support.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with senior teams to meet revenue targets while maintaining stockroom organization and efficient front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Coordinate with leadership on revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates as required.
• Coach Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
