Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive fan experience and sales across home game operations, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. The role covers pre-game, in-game, and post-game support to ensure smooth store performance.

You will lead Retail Associates, train teams, and partner with leadership on revenue targets, stock control, and guest service. A strong emphasis on timely communication, operational excellence, and upholding Fanatics values is required to help build

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership on decisions including revenue targets and unit per time.
• Lead and coach Retail Associates to deliver exemplary fan experiences.
