Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales through daily operations, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Home game shifts are part of the role and may include pre-game, in-game, and post-game support.

You will work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience, maintain stockroom organization, and collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and per cap/UPT goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Know retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS and CAYAN.
