Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations and maintain stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet revenue targets and fan experience goals.
• Provide training and guidance to Retail Associates to ensure service excellence.
