Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking the Retail Lead to drive sales and fan experience through bold leadership and hands-on operations during home games and events.

You will manage daily retail operations, train and coach Retail Associates, maintain stockroom organization, and partner with Leadership on revenue targets and fan service.

A high school diploma and customer service or hospitality experience, plus flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events, are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and events.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results through consistent daily operations.
• Support back of house operations and stockroom organization.
• Coach Retail Associates and provide training as required.
• Partner with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
