Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Retail Lead in Indianapolis to drive sales and fan satisfaction through strong leadership and precise execution of daily operations. You will back-fill in pre-game, in-game, and post-game shifts, coordinate with store leadership, and coach associates to uphold Fanatics’ standards.

Ideal candidates bring retail or hospitality experience, flexible availability for game nights and events, and a professional presence.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
Knowledge of retail operation systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
