Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Retail Lead Associate for Stratford Hills to help run the facility when managers are absent. You will supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure store goals are met while upholding Goodwill's customer service standards.

The role requires leadership experience, the ability to manage production and front-end activities, and a commitment to responsible, welcoming service for shoppers and donors. Evening/weekend availability may be needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; may consider education/work experience combination.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• No professional certifications required.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Mansioni

• Run store operations in the absence of store/assistant manager, covering front end and production areas.
• Monitor associates' progress toward goals and review with management.
• Participate in production to meet store goals based on business demand.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandise presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and set the example for staff.
• Assist management with onboarding, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Collect and act on customer and associate feedback.
