GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder to support store management and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will assist with day-to-day store operations, stock management, and customer service to drive sales and loyalty.

The role emphasizes selling behaviors, accuracy in POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year in retail or guest service, be 18+, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualificações

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, assist with gaming needs, inform about promotions and trade-ins.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via POS system and ensure top-notch service.
• Address guest questions in person or by phone with prompt, courteous service.
• Promote GameStop benefits such as title reservations and Pro Rewards loyalty program.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; ensure fixtures work properly.
