Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder in Winnetka, IL to lead store team and deliver a customer-first experience. You will be the on-floor leader, ensuring exceptional service and brand representation.

As part of Framebridge’s retail team, you will onboard and train colleagues, manage store operations, and coach staff to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Engaging, customer-facing attitude and strong communication are essential.
• Ability to coach and develop retail team members is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail leadership is desirable.
