Framebridge is seeking a Keyholder to energize and lead store teams with a customer-first mindset. As a trusted on-floor leader, you will hold key-holding responsibilities while delivering an exceptional Framebridge experience that keeps customers returning.

You will report to the Store Manager and help onboard teammates, manage operations, and share design knowledge to empower staff and elevate the customer journey across our retail locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in retail, customer service or hospitality.
• Engaging personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing Framebridge in stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Use listening, oral and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff to do the same.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee.
