Job summary

Framebridge Inc. is seeking a Store Keyholder in Summit, NJ to lead and inspire the retail team while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. This part-time role requires evenings and weekends, with responsibilities spanning coaching, operations, and product knowledge.

You will foster a customer-first culture, support onboarding, and help deliver Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee across in-store interactions and services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Excellent listening, oral, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand long periods and perform light lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of new retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to meet customer experience and sales goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team members to do the same.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
