Framebridge on 14th Street seeks a energetic Keyholder to lead our store team with a customer-first attitude. As a trusted on-floor leader, you will handle key-holding duties while delivering the Framebridge experience that keeps customers coming back.

You will set service standards, support onboarding and training, coach teammates on product knowledge, and help meet sales and happiness goals with a flexible evenings/weekends schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable with flexible evenings and weekends.
• Interest in design and a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of great retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team members to do the same.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
