Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success and drive sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing store environments, schedules, and trends.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals.
• Set the example for Torrid through selling skills and customer service to build loyalty.
• Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
