Torrid in the United States is seeking a proactive Keyholder to support store management and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will help open and close the store, supervise daily operations, and model Torrid's customer service standards.

You’ll partner with the management team to meet KPI goals, lead a sales-driven team, manage register functions, and maintain a clean, inviting environment that encourages customer connections and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure store KPI goals are met.
• Set example through selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Handle register functions and use product knowledge to drive add-ons.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is away.
• Work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends.
