The Paper Store, part of TPS Group Holdings (The Paper Store, Uncharted, Gifts & More), is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Jenkintown, PA. You will help deliver outstanding service, meet sales goals, and maintain visual merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Holders model the GUEST service approach, greet customers, assess needs, explain features, and upsell. You’ll coach staff, process returns, supervise the sales floor, and assist with opening/closing while following company

Qualifications

• Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering world-class service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm; understand customer needs.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customer needs by providing in-depth product knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales by utilizing effective selling techniques.
• Coach and mentor the team daily to improve sales and service, and provide feedback.
