Job summary

The Paper Store, Inc. is hiring a Key Holder to lead and coach our sales team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver world class service using the G.U.E.S.T. approach, greet customers, understand their needs, and explain product benefits.

You will support achieving sales goals, manage returns and exchanges, and supervise the floor including opening/closing procedures. A focus on merchandising and team motivation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in specialty retail or similar environment.
• Ability to coach and develop sales associates while maintaining store standards.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic software tools (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. and work a flexible schedule across nights/weekends/holidays.

• Greet customers warmly and identify needs through open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest add-ons to increase sales using effective selling techniques.

• Provide coaching and feedback to team; maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
