• Drive store sales by maximizing productivity and guest connections.

• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to Asset Protection policies.
• Educate guests on product details and personal styling.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.
