Kendra Scott is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You’ll assist with daily operations, train Stylists, and help celebrate the team’s success while representing our brand with energy.

As an emerging leader, you’ll drive sales through guest connections, manage events, and collaborate to maintain store standards, safety, and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales while delivering WOW guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for fashion and helping customers with personal style.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team and rock WOW guest experiences.
• Assist with daily store operations and training of Stylists.
• Help with events and community initiatives to build brand awareness.
• Maintain store safety, policies, and asset protection.
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized recommendations.
• Adapt across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed.
