Kendra Scott is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You’ll help with daily operations, training, and celebrate Stylists, while representing our brand culture with energy and optimism.

You’ll drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building customer connections through WOW experiences. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop personal style.

Responsibilities

• Model WOW service with a customer-first mindset and train Stylists to deliver WOW experiences.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections.
• Build brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards; follow policies and procedures.
• Educate guests on product details and provide personalized style recommendations.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events and Back of House as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences.
