Responsibilities

• Model WOW service and ensure a memorable guest experience.

• Communicate product details and styling recommendations to guests.
• Adapt to Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
