Kendra Scott is seeking a dedicated Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering WOW guest experiences and driving store results. You will train Stylists, assist with daily operations, and help celebrate team achievements while upholding brand values.

You will contribute to customer connections, product education, and a collaborative, energetic store environment. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for fashion and giving back to the community.

• Retail or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Model WOW service with a customer-first mentality and train Stylists to deliver WOW experiences.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections.
• Support brand awareness through community initiatives and events.
• Maintain store safety and adhere to Asset Protection standards.
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized styling recommendations.
• Be flexible—assist on the salesfloor, events, or back of house as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences.
