Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver a WOW guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist with daily operations, train Stylists, and contribute to sales growth while upholding the brand's culture of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy.

You will work across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House, adapting to diverse tasks with energy and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style by keeping up with trends and styling pieces for the perfect look.

• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
