Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in delivering WOW guest experiences and strong store operations. You will train Stylists, drive sales, and foster brand engagement through community and philanthropic efforts.

The role requires adaptability across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House, with a focus on customer service excellence and teamwork. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to lift 50 lbs.
