Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and drive WOW guest experiences. You will help with daily store operations, training, motivation, and celebration of Stylists, while upholding brand standards and community involvement.

The ideal candidate is retail-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example across Salesfloor, Color Bar, and events. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is required.
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and helping others develop their personal style by keeping up with trends and styling pieces for the perfect look.

• Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
