Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team and deliver WOW guest experiences. You will help with daily store operations, training, and motivating Stylists, while representing the brand's Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy culture.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for fashion and helping clients develop their personal style.
