Responsibilities

• Model WOW service and train Stylists to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections
• Support store leadership with daily operations and event support
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and adherence to KS policies
• Communicate product details and styling recommendations to guests
• Be adaptable across Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House
• Act with urgency and energy to create memorable guest interactions
