Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team by delivering WOW service and assisting with daily store operations. You will train Stylists, motivate the team, and help celebrate successes while representing our brand with enthusiasm.

You will drive sales, build guest connections, and participate in community initiatives. The role requires strong customer service skills, flexibility, and a passion for fashion and personal style.

Responsibilities

• Model WOW service with a customer-focused approach and train Stylists to deliver WOW experiences.
• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections.
• Support brand awareness through philanthropic events and community initiatives.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection in line with policies.
• Educate guests on product details and personal styling.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Color Bar, Events, and Back of House as needed.
• Take initiative to resolve guest concerns and enhance their day.
• Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences for all guests.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and adapt to changing needs.
