• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines including banking, shipments, and directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution and visual presentation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store appearance.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and maintain brand values.
